Her experience spans across industries, including financial technology and healthcare IT.

Previously, she worked at FIS Global as a Mainframe Application Developer, optimizing banking systems using COBOL, JCL, and VSAM, and streamlining legacy systems for better performance. She also served as a System Analyst Support/IT Developer at Philadelphia Hospital in Jordan, improving system reliability and end-user experience.
